1 tsp split Chana dhal, split Urad dhal, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds,4 to 5 red chilies, 10 nos curry leaves, 6 cashews, salt 3

1 full cup of shredded coconut 4

Cooked rice- Add salt and a tsp of oil to the rice and cook it-you can use any kind of rice-(basmati/regular ponni rice/Jeeraga samba rice) 5

Add 2 tbsp ghee and 1 tbsp oil in the kadai 6

Fry the cashews and set it aside 7

Add mustard seeds. After it splutters, add split Chana dhal, split Urad dhal and fry in the medium flame. Finally add the red chilies and curry leaves and fry for less than a minute 8Add the coconut

Fry the coconut for 5 minutes 10

Then add the rice 11

Mix it gently 12

Finally add the cashews13
