1/2 small onion chopped, 3 to 4 string beans chopped, 1 small potato chopped, 1 medium carrot chopped, coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp G&G paste, 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder and whole masalas- small bay leaf, 1 star anise and 1/2 inch cinnamon stick

Thaw the puff pastry sheets per direction on the packet

Take the pastry sheets out of the packet

2 eggs cut into 4 pieces. A pinch of salt, chili powder and pepper powder for the eggs

Mix the powders and sprinkle on top of the eggs

Add oil in the kadai, add the whole masalas

Add onions and sautéd for a minute

Add G&G paste

Add all the veggies and cook it under medium flame

Cover and cook the veggies

Add salt, chili powder and Garam masala powder

Sauté those for 5 to 10 minutes until it is half done

Put the coriander leaves and mix it well

Remove the whole masalas from the prepared veggies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Place aluminum foil in a baking tray and apply oil on top of the tray, so that the puffs will not stick to that

Take 1 egg and beat it well to apply on top of the puffs for the golden color on top( this step is optional)

Remove the pastry sheets from the packet

Cut the sheets as shown in the picture

Put the fillings on top of the cut pastry sheets

Carefully close the pastry and press the edges well so that it will not open up when it is baking

Place the eggs as shown in the above picture

Cover it as shown above

Place all the prepared puff pastries in the baking sheet

Brush the beaten egg on top of the pastries

Brush it as shown above. Place it in the oven for 45 minutes or until it turns golden color.
