Mixed Vegetable Pakora
Coriander leaves, 4 to 5 curry leaves, 1/2 tsp crushed fennel seeds, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1/2 inch grated ginger, 2 chopped green chilies, salt to taste, 1 cup besan flour and 1/2 rice flour(you don’t have to use all the flours taken here)
1/2 Cabbage, 1 medium carrot and 1 big onion
Mix all of the vegetables in a bowl
Add all of the ingredients one by one
Now add both the flours, for 2 tsp of besan, put 1 tsp of rice flour and mix it until everything incorporated well. Do not add any water.
Let the mixture sit for couple of minutes and the water from the mixture helps to bind everything
Heat oil in a kadai
Put the prepared mixture little by little into the hot oil
Hot mixed vegetable pakoras ready. Enjoy!
