It’s snack time😊Hot potato bajis with coconut chutney for today’s evening snack.

1 cup of besan flour

Salt, 1 tsp of chili powder, 1/2 tsp of Garam masala powder and a pinch of baking soda 4

Add the salt, chili powder and Garam masala powder in the besan flour 5

Sieve everything so that no lumps while mixing the batter 6

Add water little by little and mix the dough as shown in the above picture 8

Take 3 potatoes 9

Remove the skin 10

Carefully slice it using the vegetable cutter. This works perfect for cutting potatoes for Baji 11

Slice the potatoes as shown in the above picture12

Make the oil ready and all other prepared items near the stove 13

Dip the potatoes in the prepared batter and fry it until it turns golden color as shown in the above picture.14Hot potato bajis are ready. Serve with coconut chutney. Enjoy!
