Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies | Cookie Recipes | Desserts
Chocolate Cheesecake Cookies- This recipe is very easy to make and takes very less prep and cooking time. This is one of my son’s favorite cookie. I usually make this during Christmas time and take it to work. Prepare this cookie and enjoy with a glass of milk on the side.
|All Purpose Flour/Maida||1 1/4 Cup|
|Corn Starch||1/4 Cup|
|Baking Powder||1 Tsp|
|Powdered Sugar||1 1/2 cup|
|Vanilla Extract||1/2 Tsp|
|Unsalted Butter||1/4 Cup ( room temperature)|
|Cream Cheese||4 ounce (softened)|
|Chocolate Chips||8 Tbsp|
Add the all purpose flour, baking powder and corn starch in a bowl and mix well. Keep it aside.
In another large bowl, add the unsalted butter and cream cheese and beat with an electric hand mixer in a medium speed until it is fluffy. Then add the egg, vanilla extract and the milk. Mix well again until it reaches creamy texture and then add the powdered sugar. Beat well until it is creamy as shown in the picture above.
Now add the dry ingredients to this wet mixture and mix well. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix it with a spatula.
Refrigerate this dough for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 375° F. Make round shape balls ( 24 to 26 balls) out of the dough and place it in a cookie sheet with an inch apart
Flatten the balls out using your hands or out of a flat object. Bake it for 10 minutes.
Take them out of the oven and cool it for few minutes. Transfer them into a wire rack to cool down completely.Enjoy!
