Chilli Paneer | Veg Appetizer | Paneer Recipes
Chilli Paneer- When it comes to paneer there a lot of varieties of recipes that we can make from paneer. I have given here one of the very famous appetizer we can make with paneer. This is one of our family’s favorite recipe too. This recipe is very easy to make and goes well with hot steamed rice, naan, chapathi, or fried rice. In this recipe, I used fresh home made paneer. I have attached the link of how to make home made paneer below.
|Corn Flour||3 tablespoon|
|Onion||1 Medium-Cut into small square size pieces|
|Bell Pepper||1 Medium-Cut into small square size pieces|
|Soy Sauce||2 tablespoon|
|Red Chilli Sauce||1 tablespoon ( depend on your spice level)|
|Green Chilli Sauce||1 tablespoon ( depend on your spice level)|
|Coriander leaves or Green onions||2 tablespoon finely chopped|
Garlic- 4 pods finely chopped
Add 1/2 cup of water and required salt to the cornflour and mix well. The consistency should be little thinner than the baji batter
Take the paneer cubes, dip it in the cornflour mixture and fry it in the oil in a medium flame.
Fry all the paneer and set it aside
Add 3 tablespoon of oil in a kadai, add the chopped garlic. Fry it in a medium flame, make sure it does not get burned
Add the onions and required salt and saute well for 5 to 7 minutes
Add the chopped bell peppers and saute them for about 3 to 4 minutes
Now add all the sauces
Let it cook for 2 minutes
Add the paneer cubes
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves or green onions/spring onionsEnjoy!
